Orders & Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation. Pan-India delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. Remote pin codes may take a little longer. You will receive a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as the package leaves our warehouse.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we ship within India only. Stay tuned — international shipping is on our roadmap.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, COD is available for most pin codes across India. The option will appear at checkout if your address is eligible.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we will send the tracking link to your registered email and phone. You can also check status under My Account → Orders.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, let us know within 24 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund. For full details, see our Refund and Returns Policy.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Yes. Every CreamX product is dermatologically tested for safety, formulated with ingredient transparency, and free from parabens and harsh sulphates.
Are CreamX products cruelty-free?
Absolutely. We are 100% cruelty-free. None of our products or ingredients are tested on animals.
Do you have products for sensitive skin?
Yes, our gentle cleansers and barrier-friendly moisturisers are formulated to be safe for sensitive skin. If you have specific concerns or known allergies, always check the ingredient list and patch-test first.

What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, all major credit/debit cards, net banking, popular wallets, and Cash on Delivery. All payments are processed via secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account, however, lets you track orders, save addresses, and check out faster next time.
