The morning routine
- Cleanse with a gentle face wash to remove overnight oils.
- Treat with a vitamin C serum for brightness and protection.
- Moisturise to lock in hydration.
- Sunscreen. Always. SPF 30+ minimum.
The evening routine
- Cleanse — double cleanse if you wear sunscreen or makeup.
- Treat with an active — retinol, niacinamide, or a hydrating serum, depending on your goal.
- Moisturise, slightly richer than your morning cream.
Add actives slowly
Introduce one new product at a time, and give your skin two to three weeks to adjust. Layering five new actives at once is the fastest way to irritate your skin barrier.
